The Opportunity
As part of the Data and Analytics Engineering team you will lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced Generative AI solutions. As a Manager you will supervise, develop, and coach teams, facilitating the delivery of quality deliverables while managing client service accounts.

What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5 years of professional experience in software engineering, with a significant focus on Python development and AI/ML
What Sets You Apart
- Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or Statistics preferred
- Proven hands-on experience building Generative AI solutions
- Demonstrating leadership potential in technical teams
- Excelling in advanced prompt engineering strategies
- Developing and deploying RESTful APIs using FastAPI
- Possessing expert-level Python programming skills with an extensive understanding of its ecosystem and libraries
- Managing and mentoring junior engineers effectively
- Working with cross-functional teams for integrated solutions
- Staying abreast of advancements in Generative AI and MLOps
- Building and managing data pipelines (e.g., using Airflow, Prefect, Kubeflow Pipelines, or custom Python scripts)

The salary range for this position is: $73,500 - $244,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
