We are continuously looking for talented Data Scientists to join our growing analytics and technology organization. This evergreen opportunity is ideal for professionals with experience in data analysis, statistical modeling, machine learning, artificial intelligence, predictive analytics, experimentation, and business problem-solving.

Successful candidates will partner with business and technology stakeholders to identify opportunities, develop analytical solutions, and translate complex datasets into meaningful insights that drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze structured and unstructured data to identify trends, patterns, risks, and opportunities.
  • Develop predictive, statistical, and analytical models to support business objectives.
  • Build, validate, and deploy machine learning and data science solutions.
  • Translate complex business requirements into analytical frameworks and actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineers, analysts, and technology teams.
  • Design and execute experiments, hypothesis testing, and advanced analytical studies.
  • Develop dashboards, reports, visualizations, and performance measurement frameworks.
  • Ensure data quality, accuracy, integrity, and governance compliance.
  • Communicate technical concepts and analytical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Stay informed on emerging technologies, tools, methodologies, and industry best practices in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence.
Qualifications

Junior Data Scientist

  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Economics, Actuarial Science, or a related quantitative field.
  • Foundational knowledge of data analysis, statistics, and programming.
  • Exposure to machine learning, predictive analytics, or data visualization through academic projects, internships, or professional experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Mid-Level Data Scientist

  • Professional experience in data science, advanced analytics, machine learning, or related disciplines.
  • Experience developing analytical models and translating business requirements into data-driven solutions.
  • Strong understanding of statistical techniques and data modeling methodologies.
  • Experience working with large datasets and cross-functional teams.

Senior Data Scientist

  • Proven experience leading complex analytical initiatives and delivering measurable business impact.
  • Experience mentoring junior team members and providing technical guidance.
  • Demonstrated expertise in machine learning, predictive modeling, experimentation, and advanced analytics.
  • Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and influencing strategic decision-making through data-driven insights.
