The Role:
As a Data Scientist / Data Engineer, you'll be instrumental in developing and maintaining our AI pipeline. Your work will involve:
- Designing, implementing, and maintaining AI pipelines, with a focus on RAG models and LLM fine-tuning.
- Developing and optimizing data pipelines for efficient data processing.
- Fine-tuning LLMs to align with specific business use cases.
- Implementing evaluation frameworks to measure model performance.
- Building systems for LLM observability and continuous improvement.
Required Skills:
- 3+ years of experience in Data Science or Data Engineering
- Strong Python or TypeScript programming skills
- Expertise in machine learning, particularly LLMs and RAG
- Experience with data pipelines, model fine-tuning, and evaluation
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably Azure
