Aidoc is recruiting a Data Science Team Lead for the AI department in Tel Aviv. Join our team!
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience applying AI/ML methods to real-world problems, across structured and unstructured data.
- 2–3+ years leading teams, providing technical direction, mentoring, and ensuring high-quality delivery.
- Proven ability to design and implement robust, efficient algorithms with a strong software-engineering mindset
- Hands-on proficiency in Python and common ML libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, PyTorch, or similar), with solid understanding of software best practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; capable of framing open-ended problems and guiding others to clear, data-driven solutions
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to convey complex ideas clearly to technical and non-technical partners
- Experience with NLP, structured-data modeling, or other applied ML domains, demonstrating versatility in algorithmic thinking.
- Stay current with advances in ML and related technologies, continuously improving methods and applying relevant techniques to real-world challenges.
- Experience working with healthcare, clinical, or regulated data environments - a plus
