The Job 

As a Data Analyst/ Scientist you will be part of the development and growth of the area. You’ll be responsible not only for porting Analytics capabilities to Raven and working on data-related projects, but you will be part of developing our clients to better understand their data and be the enabler for the creation of true data-driven organizations.

Responsibilities

As a Data Analyst you will take part in the company development on multiple topics and missions, such as:

- Developing and executing strategies to analyze large datasets and uncover actionable insights

- Applying predictive analytics and machine learning to identify trends in customer behavior and optimize marketing initiatives

- Analyzing customer data to identify potential segments and create targeted campaigns

- Help developing and implementing customer segmentation strategies to improve customer retention

- Collaborating with the Marketing and UX teams to develop data-driven strategies for optimizing the customer experience

- Help developing processes for collecting and analyzing customer feedback

- Help developing tools for monitoring customer engagement and performance metrics

- Presenting insights and recommendations to the stakeholders

- Be involved in developing proposals and strategies to address challenges and opportunities for our clients, from the perspective of data use;

- Advice on advanced analytical and quantitative tools and modeling techniques to obtain business insights, solve complex business problems and improve decisions;

Profile requirements

- We focus (but do not constraint) our search on professionals with a degree in Business Administration, -Economics, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, and Communication. Masters is a plus

- Digital and technology enthusiast

- You are energetic, autonomous and rigorous

Skills and experiences

- Strong knowledge of basics of statistics, predictive analytics, and machine learning

- Proficiency with data visualization tools and techniques

- Experience at least in one of these tools: Python, R, SAS, and/or SQL 

- Ability to interpret and communicate data-driven insights to non-technical stakeholders

- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Ability to build successful relationships with clients and stakeholders.

- Mastery of problem solving and solutioning.

- 0 -2 years of experience working in Data Analytics.

- Methodology and process of creating statistical models (eg Propensity, Segmentation, Decision tree, LTV).

- Experience in the use of Cloud technologies, for example. AWS, GCP, or Azure is a Plus.

- Verbal/written communication skills and data presentation skills and business proposals.

- Have previous consulting experience (desirable).
