Responsibilities
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) across social media and influencer campaigns
- Build and maintain dashboards that communicate performance trends to both internal stakeholders and clients using 3rd-party analytics platforms and in-house reporting tools
- Lead analyses that translate data findings into clear, actionable insights and contribute to post-campaign reports.
- Manage a team of 1-2 junior analysts
- Lead meta-analyses across programs to inform strategy for future campaigns.
- Develop strong QC practices to ensure we deliver accurate information to stakeholders
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a data analyst
- Strong SQL and R skills. GCP / BigQuery experience and Python skills are a plus.
- Experience building dashboards and reports with clear, beautiful data visualizations to identify insights for internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Maintain a can do, innovative and solutions-oriented attitude
- Comfortable working with social media metrics a plus
