ISS STOXX is now seeking to hire an analyst to join our Enterprise Risk Management team, based in our Prague office. In this role, you will be part of an enthusiastic, international and diverse team that you can actively support beyond your own team boundaries. Your main task will be to support ISS STOXX risk management program and to actively participate in risk identification, assessment and monitoring. This position offers extensive growth opportunities, both in terms of responsibilities and exposure.

The role is heavily focused on data collection, reporting automation, data analysis and management reporting within the Enterprise Risk Management function.

The ideal candidate is willing to learn, and possesses an analytical and pragmatic mindset, ability to work in regulated environment, and the capability to work independently with a support if needed. Additionally, the role includes active communication with stakeholders from first line business function and management.

What you will do in your role
  • Help us analyze risk management data and support the enterprise risk management reporting, prepare presentations for the management

  • Develop, maintain and improve reporting automation processes and data transfer scripts.

  • Cooperate with business functions to collect monitoring results for Key risk indicators and other relevant measures, prepare monitoring reports and present to management

  • Actively seek improvement opportunities in risk reporting and presentation of results

  • Support senior colleagues in incident management and business continuity planning.

  • Track all lessons learned from Operational Risk related incidents and cooperate with others to reflect on them in processes and relevant controls Cooperate with risk representatives and stakeholders from business functions

  • Use your communication skills to explain complex risk topics clearly and to the point towards a varied audience

Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree with at least 1 year of relevant experience in reporting, data analysis, risk management, procurement, purchasing, or a related field;

  • or a Master's degree with little to no prior professional experience. Recent Master's graduates are encouraged to apply.

  • Advanced Excel skills, including working with large datasets, data consolidation, automation, VBA/macros or similar scripting solutions. Ability to maintain and adapt existing reporting automation scripts.

  • Previous experience in reporting, data analysis, data management, or a similar analytical role

  • Strong analytical skills and confidence working with structured data from multiple sources.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to collect, validate, and report business data

  • Attention to detail, a structured approach to work, and the ability to translate data into meaningful reports and insights.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently when required.

  • Willingness to learn and develop expertise in Enterprise Risk Management and related processes.

  • Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level), with good written and verbal communication skills.
