The Role

Description: Investigates customer-reported data discrepancies to ensure the integrity of the Omny network.
Responsibilities:
Perform root-cause analysis on data errors flagged by Life Sciences clients.
Communicate resolution timelines to customers when data refreshes are required.
Work with Data Engineering to implement automated checks based on customer feedback.
Provide detailed reports on data "completeness" and "correctness" to stakeholders.
