Data Product Manager

Saltmine is looking for a Product Manager to join its Data Product team. We desire an individual enthusiastic about innovating and delivering top-notch product solutions for leading global corporations, optimizing their workplace portfolios post-pandemic.

Our mission involves assisting clients in planning workspaces more efficiently, accelerating design and construction, cutting project costs, and ensuring high-quality execution. This, in turn, enhances employee workplace experiences and ROI.

The Data Product team empowers our customers to intelligently manage organizational and workplace data. Our offerings include delivering data insights through reports, AI agents, and other tools, all provided via an enterprise SaaS model. This role demands an entrepreneurial spirit to build the best data product experience, directly impacting revenue. Responsibilities also include expanding and maintaining core data platform functions, driving the platform's evolution to deliver an intelligent and user-friendly product experience, and integrating with both internal and external data sets and various customer platforms, especially in the post-pandemic landscape

Responsibilities:

• Oversee platform and product roadmap, balancing current priorities with future strategic planning.
• Set and monitor quarterly goals for the Squad.
• Break down requirements of major platform initiatives into actionable tasks.
• Document, monitor, and revise various artifacts to support application development: PRD, process maps, use cases, UAT, project plans, knowledge bank, and release notes.
• Craft user stories and facilitate grooming sessions with cross-functional teams.
• Prioritize and monitor progress to ensure a top-notch customer experience.
• Resolve issues and remove obstacles hindering product delivery.
• Act as an expert on product offerings for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Address customer requests and operational needs promptly.
• Conduct market assessments, user interviews, and testing.
• Demonstrate strong project management skills to ensure quality delivery.
• Influence stakeholders with objective arguments.
• Provide regular updates to align squad initiatives with organizational priorities.

Profile Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Background in Construction Architecture is advantageous.
• At least 5+ years of (mandatory) experience building a Data Product  
• At least 8+ years of product management experience, with hands-on SaaS product management experience; Enterprise B2B experience preferred
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate requirements into design concepts.
• Strong background in platform products is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence across departments.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
• Experience in web product design and understanding of web technology.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and working with Scrum teams.
