Data Processing Executive – US Mortgage

We are looking for a Data Processing Executive who will help with data annotation and correction of US Mortgage documents to support our growing clientele. This role will be responsible for classifying data and becoming a subject matter expert on US mortgage documentation.
About the Role
As a member of the Data Processing team, the Data Processing Executive will work on US mortgage document handling end-to-end — from annotating and correcting data, to verifying accuracy, classifying documents, and maintaining quality standards across large volumes of mortgage files. This is a hands-on operational role suited to someone who enjoys detail-oriented work and wants to build deep, real-world expertise in US mortgage documentation and processes.
What you will do?
- Data Annotation & Correction: Accurately annotate and correct US mortgage documents to support downstream data processing and model accuracy.
- Data Quality Assurance: Verify and ensure the quality and accuracy of data extracted and processed from mortgage documents.
- Document Classification: Classify mortgage documents by type and become a subject matter expert in US mortgage documentation.
- Data Processing: Process customer information, transactions, and updates related to US mortgage documents, and input collected data into company systems accurately and efficiently.
- Data Verification: Confirm, corroborate, and remove unnecessary data, or combine data from multiple sources to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Reporting: Generate reports as required by the department, in accordance with outlined standards and timelines.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand process requirements and communicate updates or issues clearly to team members and stakeholders.
- Confidentiality & Compliance: Maintain strict confidentiality of all customer and mortgage-related information in line with company policy.
- Productivity: Meet productivity metrics as assigned by the department.
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role within the US Mortgage industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Technical skills (MS Excel, Google Apps Suite; Sheets, Docs, Slides, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and basic ability to comfortably operate a computer
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Flexible to work night shifts (post-training) and rotational shifts based on client requirements
- Must have a stable internet connection
Location : Work from Office - Bangalore
Shift Details: During the initial training period, work hours will be in the day shift to support onboarding and process familiarization. Once training is complete, the role will transition to rotational shifts based on client requirements.
Job Type : Contract role for 1 year and will be further renewed based on mutual interests.
Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role within the US mortgage industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Google Apps Suite, including Sheets, Docs, and Slides
- Strong attention to detail and ability to comfortably operate a computer

- Flexibility to work night shifts after training and rotational shifts based on client requirements
