QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum education and experience required: Master's degree in Business Analytics and Project Management, Electronics Engineering, Data and Business Analytics, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field of study plus three (3) years of experience in the job offered or as Data Operations, Software Developer, Software Engineer, or related occupation. Skills Required: This position requires two (2) years of experience with the following: Design and develop ETL workflows for data cleansing, transformation, and centralization from multiple sources to support trade analysis, using tools including SQL, Python, Alteryx or similar tools; creating and integrating REST APIs to enable seamless data exchange and support analytics across platforms; building visualizations for detailed data analysis and KPI reporting to senior management, utilizing tools including Microsoft Excel, Tableau, Python or similar technology; extracting actionable insights from unstructured text to inform business strategies and monitor compliance, as well as effectively summarizing and presenting key metrics and technical processes through charts using Microsoft Excel and clear documentation; using Microsoft PowerPoint and experience managing data analytics projects with agile methodologies and Jira for ensuring timely delivery and continuous improvement.
