Data Operations Executive

Forbes Advisor is a new initiative for consumers under the Forbes Marketplace umbrella that provides journalist- and expert-written insights, news and reviews on all things personal finance, health, business, and everyday life decisions. 

We do this by providing consumers with the knowledge and research they need to make informed decisions they can feel confident in, so they can get back to doing the things they care about most. Responsibilities: 

• Complete ownership of daily defined operations for the Paid Marketing team (including weekends with a day off given  in lieu)

• Uploading offline conversions on multiple publisher platforms, manually/automated

• Creating accurate daily/monthly reports for the paid marketing team & wider business 

• Daily check-ins on publisher platforms to make sure the conversions uploaded are correct & reflected on the  platforms 

• In case of any discrepancies, raise it with the respective teams promptly to avoid any lags 

• Sync with the multiple teams & co-ordinate process failures & updates 

Requirements: 

● 2+ Years experience in operational activities 

● Excellent Excel skills 

● Great attention to detail 

● Comfortable with navigating ambiguity on new projects and able to run seamless operations ● Familiarity with Google Analytics, advanced Excel Skills, Tableau, Looker reporting etc is an advantage

● Excellent communication, and presentation skills
