What you’ll be doing
- Designing, running, and analyzing A/B tests to optimize gameplay mechanics, user experience, and monetization models
- Developing and maintaining player segmentation tools and strategies for personalized offers and engagement
- Tracking and evaluating core KPIs (DAU, retention, ARPU, LTV) through well-structured dashboards and reports
- Acting as the data partner for multiple teams (Product, Growth, Marketing), providing insights that shape roadmaps
- Comfortably managing multiple priorities with minimal guidance and adapting quickly to changing business needs
Desired skills and experiences
- 1+ year experience in data analysis, gaming, e-commerce, or digital products
- Familiarity with monetization models, player segmentation, and in-game economy
- Advanced SQL skills
- Python or R is a plus
- Experience in A/B testing methodologies
- Skilled in predictive analytics and modeling
- Ability to separate correlation from causation and manage biases in data
- Passion for Match Villains and mobile puzzle games in general

This is an on-site role in Istanbul, Sarıyer. Unfortunately, we do not offer a fully-remote working option.
