Title: Data Modelling Specialist

Location: Pune / Hyderabad / Mohali

Responsibilities:

• Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to bridge any gaps and assist the business teams & technical teams to successfully deliver the projects.
• Maintain quality metadata and data related artefacts which should be accurate, complete, consistent, unambiguous, reliable, accessible, traceable, and valid.
• Create and deliver high-quality data models, by following agreed data governance and standards.
• Translate high-level functional data or business requirements into technical solutions, including database designing and data mapping.
• Participate in activities like requirement gathering, elicitation skills, gap analysis, data analysis, effort estimation, and reviews.
  

Qualifications:

• 8-12 years of strong data analysis and/or data modeling experience.
• Individual contributor with good understanding of the SDLC & Agile methodologies.
• Comprehensive understanding of data modeling (conceptual, logical, and physical).

• Strong financial domain and data analysis skills.
• Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and continuously changing environment.
• Problem-solving and solution-seeking approach.
• Team player with self-starter approach and a sense of ownership.
• Proficiency in SQL, MS-Office tools, GCP Big Query, Erwin, and Visual Paradigm (preferable).
