- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and maintenance of comprehensive data models that support business processes and analytics.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment on data requirements.
- Oversee the quality and consistency of data models, ensuring adherence to organizational standards and best practices.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and mentoring to enhance their skills and understanding of data modeling.

- Experience with conceptual, logical, and physical data modeling approaches.
- Familiarity with solution design and data flow design principles.
- Hands-on experience working with data integration and transformation tools such as Matillion and data warehousing platforms like RedShift.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver data solutions that meet business objectives.
