Currently we seek to employ detailed-oriented Data (MIS) Analysts to join our team at Euronet. The successful candidates will be based in Budapest and will be responsible for analyzing data, generating reports, and providing insights that support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidates must have strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of Management Information Systems (MIS), and a passion to transform data into actionable intelligence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Business partnership and development
- Proactively communicating with Business Leaders, Business Partners for data requirements.
- Combining multiple internal and external data sources for information needs.
- Developing, maintaining and managing advanced reporting, analytics, dashboards, and other BI solutions
- Bringing new big data solutions and prediction models to start exploiting the endless possibilities of the massive amount of data available
- Effectively cooperating with database developers to understand database structures, security access rights.
- Responsible for maintaining and enhancing daily, monthly, and ad hoc reporting structures.
- Effectively cooperating with data source colleagues, defining data descriptions and lead data cleansing projects.
- Leading projects for data provision to External Financial Regulator bodies in conjunction with compliance team.
Process Development and Establishment
- Improving automatization, eliminated manual tasks.
- Defining development needs, scope of works for enhanced reporting to database development team.
People Management
- Working together with various financial and business stakeholders, compliance, and database development teams.
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 3-8 years’ experience in MIS/Data analysis within a multinational organization, preferably in industries with high transaction volume.
- BSc. / MSc. Degree in Data Science, Information Technology or Business Administration (in this case strong technical knowledge needs to be demonstrated).
- Expert in data analysis, cleaning and visualization with proven working experience and proficiency in Power BI, SQL queries, data modeling and data management systems.
- Experience with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) Processes and Data Source Connectivity
- Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
- Eligible to work in the EU on a full-time permanent basis without the need for employer sponsorship.
