Who is Bond-Pro:
Bond-Pro is a 25+ year old software company and the leader in providing enterprise software to insurance companies to manage their specialty line of Surety Bonds.
This position is open only to candidates residing in Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Ohio, Pennsylvania and Texas. Relocation is not an option.
The Role:
You will support our product suite by translating market demands and clients’ needs as they relate to data flows and conversions. Your duties will include gathering, analyzing & defining the requirements to include data sources, data fields, data mappings/transformations.
Duties also to include addressing any relevant problems, performing standard testing, and chaperoning your assigned features throughout data conversion projects.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of demonstrable SQL skills.
- Experience working in IT groups within US commercial insurance or financial services industries.
- Demonstrable experience with enterprise-level data conversion/implementation projects.
- 4+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or other customer-facing position.
- Excellent customer interface skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
- Experience with Azure DevOps or similar tool to manage requirements in Scrum hybrid process.
