Playtech’s Cross Product Solutions unit is looking for a Data Migration Team Lead with excellent technical and communication skills to join our Tartu office. 

Job Description

Your influential mission. You will... 

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Data Migration Managers
• Set clear objectives, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations to ensure team members' development and effectiveness
• Develop and implement a competence roadmap to continuously improve the team's skills and knowledge in data migration tools, techniques, and best practices
• Act as a liaison between the Data Migration Team and other departments to understand their needs and provide data migration expertise and support
• Coordinate resources, allocate assignments and manage workloads to meet project deadlines and deliverables
• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of data migration projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and to the required quality standards

Qualifications

• Have previous experience or strong interest in leading and managing a team, with people management and mentoring skills
• Have previous working experience in IT – from the areas of project management, dev ops, infrastructure
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of relevant data migration tools and technologies (e.g., SQL, ETL processes, data mapping tools)
• Are independent, creative thinker and you strive for innovations
• Are highly motivated, self-sufficient and able to operate efficiently without close supervision
• Take full responsibility for your work and your teams’ work
• Are fluent in English
• Have great communication skills
