Job Description

Develop and manage analytics frameworks to support the insurance product team.

Build dashboards and reports to track key metrics such as attachment rates, revenue, claims ratios, and customer satisfaction.

Analyze customer behavior, product performance, and market trends to uncover opportunities.

Partner with product managers to design and evaluate experiments (A/B testing).

Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure data accuracy and scalability.
-
Provide insights to business development teams for insurer partnerships and negotiations.

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of data analysts.
-
Advocate for data-driven decision-making within the team.
-
Ensure high data quality and governance to support robust analysis.

Automate routine analytics processes to improve efficiency.

Design and implement fraud detection and risk analysis models.
Requirements
-
Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI).

Strong skills in Python or R for data analysis and modeling.

Experience with A/B testing and experiment design.

Familiarity with insurance KPIs, actuarial concepts, or risk analysis is a plus.

At least 5 years of experience in analytics, including 2 years in a leadership role.

Proven experience managing and mentoring analytics teams.

Excellent communication skills to convey complex analyses to non-technical stakeholders.

Experience in travel, insurance, or fintech industries is preferred.

Ability to translate business problems into analytical solutions and actionable recommendations.
