Drive innovative data solutions in Markets Operations!
As a Data Management Vice President in Markets Operations Platform Transformation (MOPT) team, you will lead a data-centric transformation team, unlocking value for stakeholders through timely delivery of high-quality, compliant data and control solutions.
You will collaborate with the Reference Data Product Organization, Chief Data Office (CDO), Client Account Services (CAS) Change and Strategy team, MOPT, and Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB) Technology. You will be involved in driving cross-functional projects to ensure effective collaboration that supports business priorities.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Drives execution of multiple projects/programs across Markets Operations business functions, focusing on implementing operational strategy and improvements with reference data requirements (e.g., Strategic Party, Account, Instrument, and SSI reference data).
  • Syndicates and delivers the implementation and adoption of conceptual data models and business-aligned growth and strategic initiatives (e.g., Party Relationship Account Data Adoption (PRADA)) to enhance data quality, operational efficiency, and reduce operational risk.
  • Supports the adoption of the strategic reference data model from onboarding to downstream business processing, working with cross-functional teams.
  • Conducts daily and weekly calls, providing timely and qualitative updates, and collaborate on team problem-solving across the program.
  • Maintains continuous rigor in delivery across projects by tracking key milestones, documentation, and managing challenges along the journey.
  • Partners with stakeholders to perform impact analysis, defines requirements, and ensures all risks and issues are documented and escalated within the appropriate governance channels.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree and seasoned in delivering technical and/or operational change.
  • Knowledge of party and account reference data, KYC, and client onboarding processes.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to present fact-based recommendations clearly, logically, and concisely.
  • Strong time management skills, efficient at multi-tasking, and able to work under pressure to deliver multiple business demands on time.
  • Data analysis, requirements gathering, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in data, Excel, and developing presentations with excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent relationship management and ability to build partnerships and influence.
  • Experience in Product and Program Management and Agile disciplines.
  • Ability to work in a highly dynamic environment with multiple, changing priorities.
  • Positive and \"Can Do\" attitude with a collaborative mindset.
