At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for a Data Management Coordinator to join our UniQue team.
What will you be doing in this role?
- Support Information and Data Management initiatives, including meeting preparation, moderation, and recording.
- Assist in developing directives, PDEDs, and SOPs for management processes.
- Coordinate and monitor Data, Information and Knowledge Management activities, providing updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR and national and international data protection regulations.
- Identify and manage of the process interfaces, input and outputs.
- Identify and implement process enablers.
- Support data mapping and surveys to assess IKM assets and program maturity.
- Manage IKM tasks, activities, and alignment with strategic plans.
- Liaise with internal teams and external contractors for IKM deliverables.
- Coordinates office activities.
What will you be bringing to the team?
- Hold at least a High School Diploma.
- A minimum 4 years' experience with Microsoft office automation packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access or other database application).
- At least 3 years' experience in Data, Information, Records, Knowledge and/or Content Management.
- Advanced experience in SharePoint, administration and front-end SharePoint and web management
- Prior experience in Data, Information and Knowledge Management.
- Wide experience in office communication and information systems.
- High level of organizational, coordination and communication skills.
- Prior experience of working in an international environment comprising both military and civilian element.
- Proficiency in English language at a minimum B2 level.
