BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: Bachelor's degree, Information Management, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in a data analyst or similar role.
- Must have a Secret or Top-Secret Clearance. Must have the ability to obtain an SCI
- Proven experience working with Content Management Systems (CMS) or any other software with data analysis background.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, emphasis on Excel, SharePoint, and Access.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Onboarding
- Manage the process of adding new data into the CMS, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Perform data validation and quality checks on new entries to ensure they meet our data standards.
- Work with various teams to ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding process for new data and users.
- Coordinate with key team members to schedule reporting and analytics to meet mission requirements.
- Oversees the removal of data and user accounts from the CMS in a secure and timely manner.
- Archive data according to our data retention policies and best practices.
- Deactivate and remove user access, ensuring that all security protocols are followed.
- Maintain a log of all offboarding activities for auditing and reporting purposes.
- Regularly audit and clean the data within the CMS to maintain its integrity and accuracy.
- Identify and correct data discrepancies and errors.
- Develop and implement data quality standards and procedures.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any data-related issues within the CMS.
- Generate regular and ad-hoc reports from the CMS data to support business decisions.
- Analyze data trends and provide insights to stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and data visualizations to track key metrics.
- Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our data management processes.
- Document all data management processes and procedures.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in data management and analysis.
