As a Data Management Analyst, you will support the accuracy and integrity of master data, helping to ensure efficient business operations. Working under supervision, you will perform data entry, validation, and reporting activities while developing your knowledge of data management processes, tools, and best practices. You will maintain organized records, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and identify opportunities for process improvements. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build a strong foundation in data management and develop expertise in related systems and practices.
Key responsibilities:
Master Data Maintenance: Input and update master data across multiple systems, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to data governance standards. Validate data entries and resolve discrepancies with guidance.
Issue Resolution: Address data-related issues by collaborating with internal teams and escalating complex problems to senior staff.
Documentation and Recordkeeping: Assist in maintaining accurate process documentation and records to support compliance and audit readiness.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams, including supply chain, finance, and IT, to understand data requirements and support operational needs.
Training and Development: Engage in self-paced training and on-the-job learning to build skills in data management tools and methodologies.
Quality Assurance: Support quality checks to ensure data integrity and compliance with organizational standards.
