RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform master data maintenance in SAP S4 and NGC e-SPS purchase order systems.
- Create and maintain purchase orders in SAP S4 and NGC e-SPS purchase order systems.
- Compile purchase order and master data in Excel spreadsheet for uploading to purchase order systems.
- Ensure service requests are acknowledged and completed according to service level agreement.
- Communicate with internal IT team or external vendors to address system issues.
- Generate operational and analysis reports for user and management review.
- Participate in end-user training for various business systems.
- Carry out system testing/user acceptance testing and document testing results.
- Perform ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisor.
Key Area of Responsibility :
- SAP S4 PR to PO conversion
- SAP PO maintenance
- NGC PO data maintenance
- Sound knowledge on Microsoft Office software including Excel, Word and Access.
- Experience in sourcing and ERP systems will be an advantage.
ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Degree Held: Balchelor’s degree
