We’re hiring a new Data Lead. As a Data Lead at Contextual you will:
- Liaise with internal customers to understand their needs.
- Define data requirements and design appropriate datasets.
- Maintain documentation, including labelling instructions and project overviews.
- Create and improve data labelling frameworks.
- Implement and maintain scalable process for managing data requests.
- Enable, support and hold accountable the work of annotators.
- Give regular feedback to annotators.
To succeed in this role, you need to have:
- In-depth understanding of data labelling, particularly data labelling frameworks and taxonomies.
- Experience in project management and/or relationship management.
- Understanding of how AI models work, particularly LMs and RAG.
- Understanding of commercial applications of LMs and RAG.
- Basic coding skills for data analysis, including working familiarity with Google Sheets and Python.
