Role overview

This role will support the review and reconciliation of historical contract and industry data, with a particular focus on validating ARR records against original contracts. Responsibilities cover checking/inputting key contract fields and include: contract term length , Total Contract Value (TCV), fixed versus variable components, products licensed, and contract start and end dates. The role also covers entering the client industry classification or verifying against the related HubSpot deals. The role will also assist in identifying contract succession over time across renewals and temporary amendments, helping to improve the quality and usability of contract data for downstream billing, revenue, cost tracking, and potential historical backfill into Certinia. In addition, the person in this role will work closely with internal stakeholders to help establish a clear and consistent process for maintaining accurate contract data going forward.

 What you will do:

• Reconcile historical contract data against original agreements
• Validate ACV and key contract terms in the ARR Data Cube
• Check contract details, including term, TCV, pricing structure, products, and dates
• Verify client industry classification against HubSpot records
• Track contract renewals, succession, and temporary amendments
• Improve contract data quality for billing, revenue, and reporting processes
• Support consistent contract data management across teams

What you have:

• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy – able to review contracts carefully and validate key commercial terms and data fields with a high level of precision.
• Comfortable interpreting contract terms such as duration, pricing structure, product scope, amendments, and renewals.
• Process-oriented mindset – able to reconcile information across multiple systems, identify inconsistencies, and support improvements to data quality and processes.

Nice to Have:

• Experience working with historical data cleanup or system migration projects where data quality and consistency are important.
• Familiarity with revenue or billing concepts
