Position: Data & Insights Manager
Duties and Responsibilities
- Track & organize performance data from creator posts (impressions, audience, etc)
- Compare how posts perform against past averages
- Create sentiment analysis and word clouds from post comments
- Build visual reports with the data, showing campaign results
- Organize and maintain historical data for trend analysis and benchmarking
- Structure campaign data for easy access across teams and integration with our CMS
- Send email requests to influencers/creators requesting their campaign data/analytics and file on Google Drive
Software Knowledge Preferred:
- Comfortable working with Excel and data analysis
- Proficient in PowerPoint, Canva, and Google Suite
- Some experience with social media metrics
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously and develop/maintain processes
- Someone who genuinely loves working with numbers and data
- Fluent written & spoken English
Requirements
As you will be working from home, please be advised that we will require you to prepare certain Technical Requirements for you to meet the industry standard.
- A dedicated secluded working space away from noise and any distractions
- Updated personal computer or laptop with webcam
- Stable internet connection of at least 5Mbps and a backup of a pocket WiFi or Mobile Data
