Enjoy finding answers in data: break down unclear questions, look closely at the details, and connect them to the bigger picture. Comfortable with SQL and Power BI to turn data into clear, practical takeaways. Collaborate with teams to make complex data easy to act on.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Partner with CRO team on landing page optimization and experimentation roadmap
- Help design A/B tests and run end-to-end analysis. Give clear recommendations
- Monitor A/B test validity, quality, performance. Spot inefficiencies, anomalies, risks
- Analyze user behavior/markets: find trends, drop‑offs, impact. Interpret complex data and conduct root cause analyses. Deliver actionable recommendations
- Turn data into clear, actionable insights. Visualize and present findings to stakeholders
- Maintain Power BI dashboards for CRO
- Collaborate with the Data team to ensure end-to-end data quality across the org, correct event tracking, flag tracking gaps
- Document learnings and share best practices
- Run ad hoc deep-dive analyses based on business requests
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders, set expectations, align priorities
WHAT WE EXPECT
- 3+ years in product/growth/data analytics (e.g. Product Analyst, Data Analyst, BI Analyst)
- SQL proficiency and practical Power BI experience
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Clear communication and storytelling for technical and non‑technical audiences. Influence decisions
- Data quality mindset. Basic understanding of experimentation
- Proactive ownership mentality, collaborative, curious and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment
EXTRA CREDITS FOR
- A/B experimentation and user behavior analysis experience
- Strong data visualization and storytelling skill
- Knowledge of statistical analyses
- Basic experience with Python for exploratory analysis.

GROSS SALARY
- 2 800 - 4 200 EUR/month. Salary offers are based on the candidate's experience. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competencies.
