ABOUT THE ROLE
Data Processing & Analysis
- Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources to generate actionable insights.
- Track and analyze PR, media, and social media performance across platforms.
- Identify trends, patterns, and key performance signals to support campaign evaluation and reporting.
Research & Insights Development
- Conduct desk research on consumer behavior, industry trends, and competitive landscapes.
- Synthesize data and research findings into clear insights and implications for brand and communication strategies.
- Collaborate with senior team members to support strategic recommendations.
Social Listening & Competitive Monitoring
- Monitor brand mentions, sentiment, and online conversations across social and digital platforms.
- Track competitors’ activities and industry trends to identify opportunities and potential risks.
- Highlight emerging topics and insights relevant to clients and internal teams.
Reporting & Data Visualization
- Prepare clear, concise reports, presentations, and dashboards for internal and client use.
- Translate data into easy-to-understand visuals and insight-driven storytelling.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across deliverables.
Tools & Analytics Enablement
- Use data and analytics tools such as social listening platforms, media monitoring tools, and reporting dashboards.
- Support the evaluation and application of new tools or features to enhance data-driven insights.
- Maintain basic documentation of data sources, methodologies, and assumptions when required.
ABOUT YOU
- 1–3 years of experience in data analysis, insights, research, or related roles (agency/media background is a plus).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, clean, and interpret data; comfortable with Excel/ PowerPoint / Google Sheets.
- Familiarity with social listening, media monitoring, or digital analytics tools is an advantage.
- Able to translate data and research into clear, actionable insights and client-friendly reports.
- Good English communication skills; detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently in a project-based environment.
- Available to commit a full-time 3-month contract.
