Role Title: Data & Impact Analyst
Location: Berlin
We are looking for a Data & Impact Analyst to help us better understand our community impact and improve how we make decisions.
You will work with event data, marketing metrics, and community feedback to generate insights that support our growth and help us tell our story.
To apply for this volunteering position, you must have participated in at least one For Everyone workshop.
ResponsibilitiesCollect and organise data from Eventbrite, Meta, WordPress/Elementor, Google Analytics, surveys, and other sources.
Create simple reports and dashboards to track attendance, engagement, and outcomes.
Analyse patterns and provide insights to improve events, workshops, and volunteer programmes.
Suggest ways to improve data collection and reporting processes.
Review workshop booking data and share clear, actionable recommendations.
Help build a lightweight reporting and analysis workflow that the team can maintain long-term.
Strong interest in data analysis, impact measurement, and reporting.
Comfortable using Google Sheets / Excel; experience with tools like Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI is a plus.
Detail-oriented and well-organised.
Able to explain insights simply and connect them to organisational goals.
Passionate about using data to make a social impact.
Real-world experience in non-profit data and impact analysis.

Based in Grand Rapids, Michigan, the company creates clothing and art to inspire a world without revenge and challenge systems of imprisonment. It provides living wages and comprehensive healthcare to its employees, fostering a supportive community for those impacted by criminalization.
