Role Description
The primary purpose of the role is accurately input data into our automotive catalog database system, ensuring the data is complete, accurate, and up-to-date. Data Entry Operator is diligent and detail-oriented, who is familiar with the world of car parts and accessories.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately inputting data into our automotive catalog database system, including adding new products to the catalog and updating existing products according to the plan
- Verifying the accuracy of data input and correcting any errors
- Ensuring that all data is properly formatted and consistent with industry standards
- Retrieving product information from various information sources
- Collaborating with other team members to identify opportunities for improvements
Requirements:
- Excellent typing skills and attention to detail
- Industry knowledge and a high sense of curiosity and willingness to learn about the automotive industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High accountability, sense of responsibility, and ability to work independently
- Proficiency in Latvian and good English language skills are required for working with software and developing solutions tailored for international audiences and users
