Wellvana is seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to support our administrative and operations teams. The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, organizing, and maintaining company records, customer information, documents, reports, and other business data.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working with computers, has excellent attention to detail, and can handle a high volume of information while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Enter data accurately into company databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems.
  • Review documents and records for completeness and accuracy.
  • Enter and update customer, employee, vendor, and business information.
  • Maintain accurate electronic and physical records.
  • Review information for errors, inconsistencies, or missing data.
  • Verify information against original documents and correct discrepancies.
  • Scan, upload, print, copy, and organize documents as needed.
  • Maintain spreadsheets and prepare basic reports.
  • Assist various departments with administrative and data-entry tasks.
  • Retrieve and provide information from company records when requested.
  • Follow up with employees or departments when required information is missing or incomplete.

  • Identify duplicate or inaccurate records and report issues to management.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous data entry, administrative, clerical, or office experience preferred.
  • Strong computer and typing skills.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel preferred.
  • Ability to learn new software and internal systems quickly.
