The Data Entry Clerk / Database Manager maintains parishioner records, donation logs, ministry rosters, and other data with accuracy and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

  • Update parishioner records
  • Log donations and contributions
  • Maintain ministry rosters and attendance
  • Organize digital files
  • Generate reports
  • Conduct data clean-up and quality checks

Qualifications

Required:

  • Data entry experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency with spreadsheets
  • Ability to work independently
