Position Purpose
This is a temporary 6 Month Position. We’re seeking Data Entry Associate to join our Product Management team in the exciting world of hazmat compliance. As a Data Entry Associate, you will play a key role in keeping up-to-date product information. This position is a cross-functional role working with regulations, manufacturing, suppliers, purchasing and sales teams and quick turnarounds.
Essential functions
- Supporting for ensuring product information is complete, accurate and updated including product attribute data, photos and other enhanced content. You will be responsible for ensuring data entry of lot sizes, bill of materials and other product data are correct.
- Enrich product data by incorporating additional information such as product attributes, categories, and specifications in the PIM system, improving the quality and usability of the data for marketing, sales, and customer support teams.
- Regularly review, validate, and cleanse product data across CRM (Customer Relationship Management), ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), and PIM (Product Information Management) systems to ensure consistency and accuracy.
Experience/Skills
- Proficiency in PC usage, recent versions of Windows a plus
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and other Microsoft platforms
- Ability to navigate various sales platforms such as Salesforce and internal systems
- Passion and enthusiasm for resolving challenging or complex problems with unique and creative ideas
- Excellent listening skills and an ability to demonstrate empathy in applicable situations
- Must be able to maintain a calm and professional composure at all times
- Excellent verbal communication skills, as evidenced by an ability to interact with stakeholders
- Ability to multi-task in an effective, timely and professional manner
- Proven ability to apply attention to detail, role-related accuracy and task follow-through
