About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Data Enrichment Coordinator to join our Mexico office. In this role, you will play a key part in building and maintaining a world-class marketing and sales database by ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of our contact and firmographic data. Your work will directly fuel the efficiency and effectiveness of our go-to-market (GTM) strategies by enabling sales and marketing teams to focus more on engaging customers and less on manual research.

This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone eager to develop a career in sales operations, marketing operations, or business development while gaining hands-on experience with industry-leading tools and data-driven processes.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Enrich and maintain contact and account data, including firmographic information such as industry, size, and parent/child account hierarchies.

  • Review event and campaign lists to ensure all available contact information is fully captured in the marketing database.

  • Conduct targeted outbound calls to accounts to validate or gather missing contact details.

  • Input, update, and manage records in Salesforce.com and other marketing/sales tools.

  • Collaborate with marketing operations, revops and sales (BDRs, ARSMs, RSMs, Strategic Reps) to reduce their manual research burden, enabling them to maximize selling time.

  • Support ongoing data quality initiatives and contribute to continuous process improvement.

 

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred).

  • 1–3 years of experience in a data-driven, administrative, sales support, or marketing support role.

  • Strong proficiency with Salesforce.com and other common online business tools (e.g., ZoomInfo, Hubspot or similar platforms)

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage large volumes of data.

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal); bilingual English/Spanish is mandatory
