About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Data Enrichment Coordinator to join our Mexico office. In this role, you will play a key part in building and maintaining a world-class marketing and sales database by ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of our contact and firmographic data. Your work will directly fuel the efficiency and effectiveness of our go-to-market (GTM) strategies by enabling sales and marketing teams to focus more on engaging customers and less on manual research.
This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone eager to develop a career in sales operations, marketing operations, or business development while gaining hands-on experience with industry-leading tools and data-driven processes.
Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities
Enrich and maintain contact and account data, including firmographic information such as industry, size, and parent/child account hierarchies.
Review event and campaign lists to ensure all available contact information is fully captured in the marketing database.
Conduct targeted outbound calls to accounts to validate or gather missing contact details.
Input, update, and manage records in Salesforce.com and other marketing/sales tools.
Collaborate with marketing operations, revops and sales (BDRs, ARSMs, RSMs, Strategic Reps) to reduce their manual research burden, enabling them to maximize selling time.
Support ongoing data quality initiatives and contribute to continuous process improvement.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred).
1–3 years of experience in a data-driven, administrative, sales support, or marketing support role.
Strong proficiency with Salesforce.com and other common online business tools (e.g., ZoomInfo, Hubspot or similar platforms)
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage large volumes of data.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal); bilingual English/Spanish is mandatory
