Data Enrichment Associate

As a Data Entry Agent, you'll be an essential part of our Data Enrichment team, contributing directly to the high-quality data we provide our clients. Your meticulous work and input will be crucial to our quality control process, ensuring accuracy and reliability.

• Execute data enrichment tasks with precision and efficiency, following client-defined protocols and training.
• Primarily focus on application data entry, vendor resource verifications, and board certifications, which includes proactive follow-up with various state boards for status updates.
• Deliver timely and high-quality execution of all assigned tasks.

• This is a full-time, 100% remote position, offering the flexibility to work from your home.
• You'll receive clear goals and comprehensive training resources to help you succeed, with the autonomy to manage your execution and delivery.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Availability to work 40 hours per week, starting immediately.
• Demonstrated technology proficiency, including comfort with various software applications, online databases, and efficient use of digital tools for data management.
• Experience in an outbound/inbound call center, inside sales, or related sales/customer service is a plus.
• Adaptable and flexible, with a proven ability to thrive amidst process and information changes.
• Capable of working both independently and as an active member of a team.
• Possess a reliable work-from-home setup, including a stable internet connection and a suitable computer.
