Delivery Manager - Data & AI Managed Services

We are seeking a high-impact Delivery Manager - Data & AI Managed Services to lead strategic enterprise engagements focused on modern data platforms, AI enablement, analytics transformation, and business value realization. This role requires a unique blend of deep technical expertise, consulting leadership, operational excellence, innovation mindset, and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end delivery and operational management of enterprise Data & AI managed services engagements.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to client executives, business stakeholders, and technology leadership teams.
  • Drive strategic roadmaps for data modernization, AI enablement, analytics transformation, and operational optimization.
  • Build and scale high-performing global delivery teams across onsite, nearshore, and offshore models.
  • Own delivery governance including KPIs, SLAs, financial management, risk mitigation, escalations, staffing, and client satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth, expansion, innovation, and value-added services.
  • Partner with client stakeholders to define and prioritize data products, business capabilities, and AI-driven use cases.
  • Drive proactive consulting conversations around modernization, automation, data quality, governance, semantic models, and AI adoption.
  • Lead architecture and solution discussions for modern cloud data platforms.
  • Establish engineering best practices, reusable frameworks, accelerators, automation patterns, and operational excellence models.
  • Mentor  technical leads and other team members while fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, pre-sales, architecture, and executive leadership teams on proposals, estimations, solutioning, and strategic pursuits.
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise data engineering, analytics, or data platform delivery.
  • 5+ years leading large-scale managed services or consulting engagements.
  • Proven experience managing complex global delivery teams across multiple geographies.
  • Strong consulting mindset with the ability to engage executive stakeholders and drive business-focused outcomes.
  • Deep expertise in Retail, Food & Beverage, and/or Entertainment industry domains.
  • Strong experience building and operationalizing enterprise data products and analytics solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive account growth, innovation initiatives, and strategic transformation programs.
Technical Expertise
  • Deep expertise in modern cloud data platforms and large-scale data ecosystems.
  • Strong hands-on architecture and engineering knowledge in:
    • Databricks
    • Microsoft Azure ecosystem
    • Azure Data Factory (ADF)
    • Delta Lake & Medallion Architecture
    • Data Lakehouse architectures
    • PySpark / Spark optimization
    • SQL and advanced data modeling
    • Real-time and batch data processing
    • Data governance and data quality frameworks
    • CI/CD and DataOps practices
    • API and integration patterns
  • Experience with AI/ML enablement, semantic models, conversational analytics, or Agentic AI ecosystems is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, scalability, security, observability, and platform operations.
