Summary:
As a Data Engineer, a typical day involves designing, developing, and maintaining comprehensive data solutions that support the generation, collection, and processing of data. This role requires creating efficient data pipelines and ensuring the seamless flow and quality of data across various systems. The position also involves implementing processes to extract, transform, and load data, enabling smooth migration and deployment of data assets. Collaboration with different teams to align data strategies and troubleshoot any issues related to data infrastructure is a key part of daily activities, ensuring robust and reliable data operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable data architectures to support business needs.
- Oversee the monitoring and optimization of data pipelines to maintain high performance and reliability.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Analysis & Interpretation.
- Experience in building and managing ETL processes to ensure efficient data migration and integration.
- Strong knowledge of data pipeline creation and maintenance to support continuous data flow.
- Familiarity with data quality assurance techniques to maintain accuracy and consistency of data.
- Ability to work with large datasets and optimize data processing workflows.
- Competence in collaborating with cross-functional teams to align data engineering efforts with organizational goals.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Data Analysis & Interpretation.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
