About You:
  • You are motivated to solve complex data challenges and improve data quality.
  • You demonstrate outstanding execution and care for detailed data management processes.
  • You have a proven understanding of data engineering principles and their applications.
  • You are capable of formulating and deploying data quality protocols with advanced SQL and ETL tools.
What you’ll do:
  • Collaborate strictly with data scientists and analysts to align data pipelines with enterprise data flows.
  • Configure, customize, and deploy data engineering applications to support data domains flawlessly.
  • Develop integrations between data sources and target systems such as ERP, CRM, and data warehouses.
  • Develop and uphold data cleansing and standardization guidelines to guarantee data quality.
  • Support business users and data stewards in resolving data issues within data platforms.
What you’ll need:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with data engineering development or implementation projects.
  • Strong SQL skills for data analysis, validation, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with ETL/ELT tools like DataBricks, Informatica, Talend, SSIS, or Azure Data Factory.
  • Familiarity with APIs and integration methods for connecting systems.
  • Capability to work onsite in Detroit, MI.
