We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Data Analyst / Data Engineer. The ideal candidate will possess a dual competency in engineering, with proficiency in at least two of the following areas: data engineering, project management, mechanical engineering, etc. This individual will be responsible for deciphering complex data sets, leveraging their expertise in data analysis and engineering to derive actionable insights. Experience with heavy-duty commercial battery-electric vehicles, fuel-cell electric vehicles, or energy solutions preferred!

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Utilize expertise in data engineering and analysis to decipher complex data sets.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in power current and battery engineering knowledge, with a strong preference for experience in fuel cell truck technology.
  • Possess dual majors in college, with a focus on machine learning, AI, material science, computer science, software engineering, or related fields.
  • Leverage material and manufacturing knowledge to enhance data analysis and engineering processes.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive project success.

Qualifications - 

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required. 

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, computer science, data science, etc.).
  • Proven experience in data engineering, data analysis, or related roles.
  • Strong proficiency in programming languages and tools commonly used in data science and data engineering, including but not limited to Pandas, SQL, PostgreSQL, SQLAlchemy, PySpark, and PyArrow.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to derive insights from data.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Experience in the material science or manufacturing industry is a plus.


Salary Range: $105,000 - $ 115,000 (MAXIMUM)
