We are currently looking for Data Engineers with experience in Revvity (Signals Notebook).
Location:Quantori is an international team: we have colleagues who work not only from office but also remotely from all over the world.
Responsibilities:- Investigate, find, and develop solutions for Revvity (Signals Notebook) inconsistencies and discrepancies.
- Work on data extraction for other source systems: CDD Vault, LabVantage, Microsoft SharePoint, Vivolab.
- Run a solution under development on a virtual machine by instantiating Airflow before a pull request. Among other things, to be able to work with Git with the help of Bash commands on the virtual machine provided by the client.
- Create unit tests for features under development.
- Review colleagues’ work.
- Develop new DAGs, refactor and describe existing ones, inter alia, DAG documentation.
- Instruct DevOps engineers on deployment either via specific pull requests (to edit Airflow variables and connections in the yml specified) or in written.
- Profound knowledge and hands-on experience with Revvity (Signals Notebook)
- Experience working in laboratories or with life sciences clients
- Extensive expertise and practical experience with CDD Vault, LabVantage, Microsoft SharePoint, and Vivolab
- Experience with Airflow
- Expertise with Bash or other scripting languages
- Experience in working with AWS
- Experience with data engineering tools
- Strong upper-intermediate or higher (B2+) proficiency in English
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
- Background in Chemistry or Biology
