Data Engineer - Informatica Powercenter/MDM

Job Description:

• Familiarity on mining industry/business process is essential to mdm implementation – this is in parallel apart from learning informatica tool in parallel.

·        Business/technical objects/terminologies

·        Metrices/reports

·        Calculations/data retentions/historical analysis

Tool upskill - Power center

·        Design/Develop ETL data pipelines

·        Implementation

·        Support ETL Framework and manage incidents and problems

·        Support Power Center administration and back-end configuration

·        Navigation/shortcuts

·        Usage/techniques best practices       

·        Using On-prem as basis for possible cloud migration

·        Understanding tools limitations/capabilities

MDM / Customer 360 / Entity 360

·        Configurate and customize scripting and data insights within Informatica MDM - Customer 360 / Entity 360

·        Configure and Customise Workflows

·        Undertake complex report writing (data extracts)

·        Undertake Data Quality management

·        Support PL/SQL activities

·        Manage incidents and problems

Tool Patching/Upgrade Informatica On-Premise:

·        Resource have fair amount of experience what dependencies to consider (e.g. os, hardware configurations & forward/backward version compatibilities

·        Resource knows by experience version roll back/forward techniques without compromising existing integrity

·        Watch lists
