Key Responsibilities
Data Engineering
- Build, maintain, and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines from multiple data sources
- Manage and improve data warehouse and data models for analytics use cases
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across datasets
- Monitor and troubleshoot data pipeline performance and failures
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to support data needs
- Translate business questions into SQL-based analysis and metrics
- Develop dashboards and recurring reports for business stakeholders
- Define, track, and maintain KPIs and core metrics
- Perform ad-hoc analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Communicate insights clearly with actionable recommendations
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in data engineering, data analytics, or hybrid roles
- Strong proficiency in SQL
- Proficiency in Python for data processing and analysis
- Experience with data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling
- Hands-on experience with at least one BI tool (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
