Job Description: Data Engineer - Accelerators & Frameworks | Offshore, India | 5+ years
Anblicks is seeking Data Engineers to build reusable delivery assets for our data modernization practice: generalizing proven engagement code into accelerators, validation harnesses, and playbook content used across all delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Package proven code patterns into reusable accelerators and frameworks.
- Build validation harnesses and write playbook content; support delivery pod onboarding to the assets.
Qualifications
- 5+ years hands-on Snowflake or Databricks + dbt.
- Delivery experience within data platform modernization programs (legacy to modern cloud platforms), including AI-enabled and accelerator-driven delivery, migration planning, data validation and reconciliation strategies, parallel runs, and cutover execution.
- Can generalize client-specific code into reusable frameworks; Python tooling and CI/CD for data a plus.
- MarTech exposure preferred.
Skills Required
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Snowflake or Databricks and dbt
- Delivery experience in data platform modernization programs involving legacy-to-modern cloud migrations
- Experience with migration planning, data validation and reconciliation strategies, parallel runs, and cutover execution
- Ability to generalize client-specific code into reusable frameworks
- Python tooling and CI/CD experience
- MarTech exposure
