Data Coordinator (f/m/d)

Join our German Digital Physiology team as Data Coordinator (f/m/d) and initiate, investigate and resolve queries based on discrepancies identified by the database by Clario’s SOPs and SWIs. Become responsible for maintaining organized study documentation throughout the lifecycle of a study to make a difference with your contribution everyday!

What you'll be doing:

• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in data by liaising with sites and sponsors to verify demographic and visit information

• Process and update source data across various systems following SOPs

• Maintain departmental metrics and ensure timely archiving of closed studies

• Participate in data reconciliation activities and ensure updates are completed within the required timelines

• Report system or equipment issues and keep accurate Data Coordination files

What we look for:

• BS/BA in Life Sciences or a related field (preferred)

• 2 years of experience in data processing or a similar role

• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills

• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook

• Detail-oriented with excellent proofreading and typing skills
