About the role:

We are seeking a Contract Data Coordinator to join us. This role would be roughly 25-30 hours per week for an initial duration of roughly 6 months. In this role, you would be expected to partner internally and externally to deliver data to customers per stated requirements. This person will sit on the Data Science & Analytics team but will work closely with Customer Success and other teams internally where applicable. This role can be based anywhere in the US, however we have a strong preference for someone in the Greater Boston area.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage/oversee data transfers for studies (with support as needed for deliveries)
  • Coordinate data feed requests and prioritization for Life Sciences studies
  • Maintain details for contracted data deliverables and coordinate additional efforts needed for ad-hoc updates, interim deliveries, etc.
  • Support ongoing data reconciliation requests, reviewing the data internally for any configuration updates needed, as well as communicating externally any discrepancies or follow-ups (and delivering comments externally)
  • Ensure compliance with data governance policies and data management best practices

About You:

  • 1-3+ years of experience in a similar role related to data management, data quality or data analysis
  • Effective communicator and ability to understand, digest and act on requests related to data that come in from customers, team members or internal stakeholders
  • Detail oriented and the ability to have precision and thoroughness as it relates to data
  • Ability to work well independently and with other departments

Compensation:

  • The expected hourly pay for this role is between $35.00-50.00/hr DOE
