Data Platform
Our AI business line is split between AI Agents & Technology and the Data Platform teams
You would work in the Data platform team supporting our clients with their data requirements
We engineer and develop data environments to support analytics, Agentic resources, production pipelines and machine learning
Some in our team also give training on the latest in data and analytics
Your responsibilities
Design, build, maintain modern data platforms using Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Fabric
Build reliable data pipelines for batch and near-real-time data ingestion
Work with Lakehouse, Warehouse, Data Factory pipelines, notebooks, SQL and PySpark
Design data solutions that are secure, scalable, maintainable and easy to monitor
Your qualifications
Practical experience in data engineering, BI engineering , analytics engineering or cloud data platform development
Strong SQL skills and ability to reason about data models, joins, transformations, performance and data quality
Understanding of data warehousing, lakehouse architecture, dimensional modeling and structured and semi-structured data
We appreciate experience with Power BI semantic models, DAX and report performance optimization
Experience with integrating REST APIs, Azure DevOps, CI/CD, Git, Data governance, and real time or streaming data is considered beneficial
Any Microsoft certifications such as Fabric Data Engineer Associate, Fabric Analytics Engineer Associate, Azure Data Engineer, Power BI Data Analyst or Azure Fundamentals are appreciated

Skills Required

- Design and build end-to-end analytics solutions including Lakehouse, Warehouse, and OneLake architectures
- Build data pipelines, transformations, and semantic models for Power BI
- Working knowledge of SQL

- Experience working in customer projects or consulting environments
- Clear communication skills for technical and business audiences
- Sufficient proficiency in Finnish to work effectively in a Finnish-language environment
- Knowledge of DAX
- Experience with AI & Copilot-ready data platforms
- Power BI semantic model experience
- Background in Azure data services
