Our client is a regulated medical technology company. Its Learning Academy must prove in an audit that every employee in a quality-relevant role has completed their mandatory training — but after rapid growth, job code assignments in the LMS (SAP SuccessFactors) are misconfigured and training records are incomplete. An external audit follows in mid-November.
You will support an internal quality management colleague in analysing, cleaning and restructuring the data.
What you will do
- Analyse and clean training and assignment data in the client's LMS
- Review and correct job code configurations so that mandatory courses reach the correct roles and employees
- Reconstruct and validate training completion records, closing gaps in documentation
- Prepare the evidence and documentation for the November audit
- Document your work so the cleanup can be continued sustainably afterwards
What you bring
- Strong data analysis and data cleaning skills
- Confidence as a system user: training on the LMS is provided, but you pick up new systems quickly and work in them precisely
- Meticulous attention to detail and structured, analytical thinking
- An awareness of compliance logic: why documentation matters and what "auditable" means in practice
- University background, ideally in engineering or business administration, with a clearly analytical profile
- Business-fluent English or German, French is a Plus
- Workload: 60-100%
- Duration: ASAP until end of November
- Location: Basel, on-site at the start, largely remote thereafter
- Compensation: competitive hourly rate, to be agreed
