Zennify is looking for a highly skilled Salesforce Data Cloud Architect to help shape and scale real-time customer data architectures natively within the Salesforce ecosystem. In this role, you will work with leading financial services organizations to design and deliver Salesforce Data Cloud solutions in production environments, unifying customer data across platforms to drive advisor productivity, marketing ROI, and personalized customer experiences. This role requires hands-on, production experience with Salesforce Data Cloud. Candidates must be able to contribute immediately.

You will partner closely with delivery teams, product leadership, and pre-sales to bring Zennify’s data-first transformation strategy to life.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Lead discovery and architect Salesforce Data Cloud solutions in production environments, supporting Financial Services Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, and Agentforce.

  • Design and implement Data Cloud–native data ingestion patterns, identity resolution strategies, Data Model Objects (DMOs) for Individuals and Organizations, and calculated insights.

  • Build real-time and near-real-time integrations where Salesforce Data Cloud is the system of record, enabling next-best-action, personalization, and predictive service.

  • Architect Salesforce Data Cloud integrations, including zero-ETL or federated connections to platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, or BigQuery, with Salesforce Data Cloud remaining the source for unified customer profiles and activation.

  • Define and maintain Salesforce Data Cloud profile, engagement, and product/asset domains, including upstream sources, SLAs, and consent models.

  • Align solution design with enterprise governance, privacy, and regulatory standards, including GLBA, CCPA, and GDPR, in partnership with InfoSec and compliance teams.

  • Ensure data architectures support secure activation across Salesforce clouds while meeting financial services regulatory expectations.

  • Facilitate client workshops, lead technical discovery, scope work, and co-author statements of work.

  • Present Salesforce Data Cloud architectural decisions and trade-offs to executive stakeholders in clear, ROI-driven terms.

  • Serve as a mentor to Zennify consultants and developers, elevating Data Cloud delivery quality and consistency.

  • Prototype and evaluate emerging Salesforce capabilities such as Einstein Studio, Data Graph, and Prompt Builder.

  • Contribute to internal IP by packaging Salesforce Data Cloud accelerators, reusable patterns, and delivery assets.

  • Collaborate with pre-sales and GTM teams to align Salesforce Data Cloud delivery capabilities with market opportunities.

Required Qualifications

  • Hands-on delivery of Salesforce Data Cloud in at least two production environments.

  • Direct experience modeling DMOs, configuring identity resolution rules, and activating unified profiles.

  • Experience integrating Salesforce Data Cloud with Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, or Agentforce.

  • Ability to step into a client engagement and contribute immediately without on-the-job training.

  • Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant certification, or demonstrable equivalent hands-on delivery experience.

    • 5+ years of experience in enterprise data architecture or Salesforce architecture roles.

    • Experience designing secure, scalable data solutions in regulated financial services environments.

    • Proven ability to translate business objectives into Salesforce-native data architectures.

    • Strong SQL skills and familiarity with data modeling concepts relevant to customer data platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator or Marketing Cloud Consultant certification.
  • Experience surfacing real-time profile cards or recommended actions in Agentforce (Service Cloud Console).
  • Salesforce Integration Architect or Data Architect certifications (or working toward CTA).
  • Familiarity with U.S. banking and insurance regulations (OCC, NAIC, NCUA).
  • Previous consulting experience with banks, credit unions, or wealth management organizations

Qualities of Ideal Candidate

  • Demonstrates deep, hands-on expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud, including DMOs, identity resolution, and activation.
  • Skilled in implementing zero-ETL architectures using platforms like Snowflake or Databricks, with strong hands-on data modeling and ingestion experience
  • Comfortable leading client workshops, presenting to executive stakeholders, and translating complex architecture into business value
  • Thinks strategically and contributes to reusable assets and delivery accelerators that align with go-to-market priorities
  • Actively mentors team members and collaborates across roles to ensure technical quality and scalable delivery
  • Designs solutions with a clear understanding of data governance, privacy, and regulatory compliance in financial services contexts
