- Formulate and manage critical cutover and rollback plans to ensure risk-free transitions during major migration events.
- Oversee large-scale provisioning and migration activities, ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing business operations.
- Establish best practices for data modeling to enhance data usability, consistency, and accessibility across the organization.
- Provide technical leadership on Salesforce Data Architecture, aligning data solutions with broader business objectives.

- Possess 12 to 15 years of professional experience in data architecture and engineering roles.
- Demonstrate deep expertise in Snowflake platform administration and optimization.
- Proven track record in designing complex ETL pipelines and managing large-scale data migrations.
- Extensive experience in creating and executing cutover and rollback strategies for critical infrastructure projects.
- Strong proficiency in Large-Scale Provisioning Migration and Data Cloud Architecture principles.
- Solid background in Salesforce Data Architecture and advanced Data Modeling techniques.
- Ability to navigate and resolve challenges within the IT Services industry.
Compensation: ₹18-19 lpa
